Whale Watching in Juneau, Alaska

So we went whale watching and saw about 7-8 different humpback whales, which apparently made for a really good day according to the guide. This is the best picture I got...pretty pathetic, huh? I did more video taping of this. Hopefully someone else in the family got a better picture than I did!

"Big Red" (the boat on the right) is the Jet Boat we went out in.
It was a really jolting ride, not smooth at all.

So during our journey back to the docks my niece, Andra, was asleep in my lap. The window I was sitting next to was slightly off its track. My mother-in-law asked the guide if they had ever lost a window. Five minutes after assuring us it had never happened, guess what! It did!! It fell out of the boat and sunk to the bottom of the harbor! We called this "Mishap Number Two," Number One being the elevator!
