On Thursday I went to the doctor so she could check my progress because we had been planning for me to be induced the next day. I am 60% effaced and 2 cm dilated now. She said that we could still plan on the induction, but I caught Jesse's wonderful cold (because he's so good at sharing) on Wednesday. We decided that we would cancel the induction so that I could try to get over this cold and we'd try to let her come on her own.
So, "Baby Watch 2010" has officially begun. I'm already getting anxious. Jesse and I keep thinking, "she's coming tonight," and then I wake up in the morning...still pregnant! I think I've finally gotten to the point where I'm mentally ready. The excitement is outweighing the nervousness now. We're just excited to meet her.
So everyone is on standby until she decides to come. My dad's side of the family has started making bets on her birthday. I just hope it's soon! Maybe I'll go jump on the trampoline! :)
