Everyone says that you feel so miserable the last month that you are so ready for the baby to be born. I keep waiting for that to come. I definitely can't breathe very well and get winded frequently. I get elbows, feet, and knees that poke and run across my belly, which hurts at times. She has been putting pressure on my tailbone lately, which is uncomfortable, but I keep waiting to get to that point where I am hysterically crying at a doctor's appointment because I want to be induced now and not any later. I actually want to get to that miserable point because I think I will need to be in that frame of mind to deliver this baby, but it's just not coming. How do you prepare yourself? How do you get over the fear and nerves?
Boy is he in for a big surprise in a few weeks!

Oh look at your cute little belly! I'm so jealous! 50% effaced and 1 cm dilated at 37 weeks is excellent for your first baby! Usually with your first, that is a sign that the baby is coming early. I'll cross my fingers for you! I never got to that miserable spot with either of my first two and I don't think I will this time either. Don't worry, you'll be able to deliver just fine without being in that frame of mind. You get over the nerves right about the time you start pushing. ;) (And you are nervous every single time... at least I am.) Good luck!
You are so cute Amanda!! I am so excited for you guys. It's true you are nervous right up until that baby comes out. I remember each drive to the hospital I was shaking I was so nervous. Good luck!!
YOU LOOK FANTASTIC...I am so excited for you. The nerves are naturally there even when you have already done the labor once and even twice. Yes, it will hurt at times and remember that is what the drugs are for but you will be awesome. You will get through it. Just keep thinking about the end when you are holding that beautiful little girl in your arms. We love and miss you guys.
